#### Overview
**This RFP seeks the appointment of a Transaction Advisor to undertake a bankable feasibility study, develop a business case, and provide transaction implementation support for the redevelopment, upgrade, and long-term operation of Pilanesberg International Airport.** Bidders should have multidisciplinary transaction advisory capability across technical, financial, legal, regulatory, and procurement work, with experience in large infrastructure projects (aviation/airport upgrades preferred) and public-sector delivery. #### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering bankable feasibility studies and business cases for major infrastructure projects (aviation experience advantageous).
- Ability to provide end-to-end Transaction Advisory services across Stage 1 inception, Stage 2A bankable feasibility, Stage 2B business case, and Stage 3 implementation, with stage-specific reports.
