## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a Travel Management Company to provide Travel Management Services to ATNS for a period of five years on an as when required basis.** Suitable for established TMCs with corporate travel experience, ability to integrate with ATNS ERP (Phase 2), GDS/O TB capabilities, 24/7 support, VIP/Executive service, sustainability features, and strong reporting and governance.

ATNS seeks a TMC to manage air travel, accommodation, car hire, transfers, visas, forex, conferences, and related services for domestic, regional, and international travel, with an estimated 13,410 transactions per year and a requirement to integrate with ATNS systems within six months (Phase 2).

#### Requirements
- Proven capacity to deliver five-year travel management services with dedicated resources, including after-hours and VIP support, and a transition plan.
- Strong Technical capabilities: online booking tool, GDS integration, policy-driven bookings, profile/cost-centre loading, mobile access, audit logs, detailed reporting, and Phase 2 ERP integration.
- Compliance and governance: adherence to National Treasury cost containment, SARS tax clearance, CSD registration, POPIA consent, confidentiality, and standard SBDs (1, 3.3, 4, 6.1).
- Pricing and finance: provide both transaction and management fees, OBT pricing, VAT inclusive, separate lodge-card/bill-back handling, and transparent invoicing with required documentation.
- Sustainability and social considerations: carbon footprint reporting, environmental and DIRCO-aligned travel advisories, and social risk management.
- Volume and service scope: capability to handle ~13k annual transactions across air, accommodation, car rental, transfers, visas, forex, and conferences; support for group bookings and long-stay training stays.
- Staffing and governance: dedicated account manager and qualified travel consultants; SLA management and traveller satisfaction processes. (Volume 1A)
