**Appointment of a turnkey contractor for rehabilitation of the floating roof reservoir and filters at Hazelmere WTP.** UUW invites competent contractors to undertake a 10-month construction project, with eligibility requiring CIDB 7CE or higher and professional registrations (Civil Engineer with ECSA; Construction Manager with SACPCMP).

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading of 7CE or higher.
- Civil engineer registered with ECSA (Pr. Eng. or Pr. Tech Eng.).

- At least 35% Contract Participation Goals (CPG): 25% UUW-area participation and 10% local/targeted enterprises (per B-BBEE policy). Sign CPG declaration.
