## Summary

#### Overview
**APPOINTMENT OF ACCREDITED SERVICE PROVIDER FOR TRAINING OF 20 OFFICIALS ON FIRST AID LEVEL 1 & 2, for the Eastern Cape DPW&I in OR Tambo District (Mthatha) over 4 days.** Open Tender; suitable for training providers with accredited status and capacity to deliver First Aid levels 1 & 2.

#### Requirements
- Accredited to CETA or QCTO, or Services SETA/HOWSETA with applicable unit standard (proof required).  
- Facilitator: minimum National Diploma in Built Environment; ≥3 years’ facilitation experience; copy of qualification and detailed CV.  
- Provider must have delivered similar trainings at least twice; include reference letters and training content.  
- After training: submit signed training report on company letterhead with attendance registers within 10 working days; issue learner certificates upon completion.  
- Compliance: complete SBD forms (SBD1 Part A&B, SBD3.1 pricing, SBD4 disclosure); Annexure A (Resolution to Sign) when applicable; SBD6.1 for specific goals.  
- Tax: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; tax matters verified prior award.  
- Local content: where applicable, complete Annexure B for local content and related declarations.  
- Insurance and indemnity: provider to insure personnel and equipment; indemnify DPW&I as prescribed.
