**Appointment of an accredited training provider to conduct PSIRA Grade E and D security training.** Open to Accredited PSIRA/SASSETA training providers with PSIRA Grade E and D training capacity, preferably within the Eastern Cape. Scope: train 70 learners (the municipality’s internal staff and unemployed youth) over 10 days (PSIRA Grade E 5 days + Grade D 5 days) with SASSETA/PSIRA accreditation; RFQ33/09/2026 for Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality. Closing 24 Sep 2026, 12:00. Documents are available from SCM; submission via the Bid Box.

#### Requirements
- PSIRA Accreditation: training centre for Grade E and D (valid).  
- SASSETA Accreditation: National Certificate General Security Practices (NQF 3).  
- Instructor/Facilitator credentials: PSIRA Grade A+ instructors; Facilitators Certificates (NQF 5); PSIRA letters of good standing.  
- Mandatory documents: CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance Status pin; certified IDs of directors; documents not older than 3 months; comprehensive joint venture agreement if applicable; completed tender forms (Form of Offer, declaration of interest).  
- Additional: company profile with prior relevant security training experience; within Eastern Cape preferred; other municipal requirements (rates/service charges clear).
