## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of additional contractors to the existing pre-qualified panel for the supply and construction of structural steel towers/monopoles (20–60 m), for a period coterminous with the existing three-year panel contract.** This is open to contractors with relevant CIDB registrations and capability to deliver turnkey tower works, including design/fabrication, delivery, erection, and commissioning, with safety and BBBEE commitments.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 2CE or higher and 2SL or higher.  
- Tax/Compliance: Tax clearance or SARS PIN; CSD registration where applicable; Workmen’s Compensation letter/Good Standing.  
- Qualifications: Construction Rigger Red Seal (and any Trade Test if applicable); Climbing and Rescue Certificates; Foreman Certificate; detailed CVs for Rigger/Foreman; SACPCMP registration for Construction Health and Safety Officer.  
- Documentation: Method Statement and supporting Gantt Chart; complete and sign all returnable documents; GCC in place.  
- Transformation/Content: BBBEE transformation plan if requested; Local Production and Content requirements where applicable.  
- Returnables: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 5, SBD 6.1, company docs, and other listed returnables.  
- Other: Compliance with two-envelope bid submission (technical and financial) and related administrative criteria.
