## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of an accredited SDP or Assessment Centre for the development of assessment tools for Occupational Qualification: Plastic Machine Operator - 118697.** merSETA invites an accredited SDP or Assessment Centre to develop assessment instruments (three plus one exemplar), an RPL toolkit, and the QASA addendum, and to support QCTO approval. Deliverables include a team lead, an industry SME, and an assessor/moderator; project duration from 6 to 24 months (Timeline: minimum 6 months, max 24 months).

#### Requirements
- SDP accreditation for the related qualification; valid QCTO-recognised accreditation for Automotive Sales Advisor SAQA ID 118097 or closely related qualification.
- Proposed team: Team leader (≥3 years in relevant assessment work), additional assessor/moderator, and industry SME with supporting CVs/qualifications (SAQA conversion if needed).
- Signed SLA/MoA with an industry partner supporting development/validation/workplace relevance.
- Relevant experience: three signed, dated, reference letters (2020–present) on company letterhead.
- Administrative/compliance: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1 forms; CSD registration number; BBBEE certificate; tax matters in order; Pricing Schedule; firm prices (VAT inclusive).
