## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of service providers for the provision of online credential verification services for a 36-month period.** Target bidders are accredited service providers with expertise in digital identity/credential verification, preferably able to handle scale for a municipal client. Bidder eligibility includes registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini Municipality supplier database, plus necessary tax/compliance documentation.

#### Requirements
- Be registered on the National Treasury CSD as a service provider (and individually for joint ventures).
- Be registered on the eThekwini Municipality supplier database (PR/Nr).
- Provide Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance Certificate; VAT status if applicable.
- Complete and submit MBD 4, MBD 5 (if applicable), MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9 and the Official Tender Form, plus Authority of Signatory.
- Declare municipal fees status and provide related account numbers; Health & Safety declarations.
- If not the manufacturer, provide valid manufacturer/ distributor/agent agreements covering the contract period.
- Adhere to SCM policies and be prepared for pricing/evaluation against the SCT criteria.
