**APPOINTMENT OF AN ACCREDITED SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE SHARED CLOTHING AND TEXTILE PRODUCTION AND TRAINING FACILITY IN THE AMAJUBA DISTRICT, KWAZULU-NATAL, FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS.** Bidders with clothing/textile shared-facility experience, MSME incubation capabilities, and relevant accreditations (FP&M SETA or QCTO; ISO 9001 within 12 months) should consider bidding.

#### Requirements
- Valid accreditation with **FP&M SETA or QCTO** for Clothing and Textile.  
- Accreditation to achieve **ISO 9001** within 12 months; include quality, safety, and production systems.  
- Demonstrated experience in managing MSME/cooperative incubation and shared-facility operations; provide evidence and references for projects >R5M.  
- Key personnel with specified qualifications: **Facility Centre Manager** (MBA/5+ years MSME experience), **Clothing & Textile Expert** (Diploma + 3+ years), **Marketing Officer** (Diploma +3), **Finance Officer** (BCom +3). Detailed CVs/qualifications for all resources.  
- Capacity to recruit, onboard, and incubate MSMEs (minimum 50 learners/year) and deliver related training (manufacturing, finance, pricing, packaging/labeling, marketing, QA).  
- Compliance: CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, tax PINs, VAT as applicable; respect confidentiality/IP and SLA terms.  
- Attendance at the compulsory site briefing; evidence to be included.  
- Documentation to support compliance (SBD forms, declarations, JV if any, pricing schedule, and deviation forms).
