#### Overview
**Appointment of an Accredited Skills Development Provider to provide First Aid Training for 400 learners in the 2026/27 financial year, including training materials, facilities, meals, assessment, and certification.** Bidders should be accredited SDPs (SETA/QCTO/Quality Council) with capacity to deliver QCTO SPS modules, sign an SLA, host learners (MOUs where applicable), and provide required reporting and local-content commitments.

#### Requirements
- Valid accreditation by relevant SETA/QCTO/Quality Council.
- Minimum five signed reference letters from diverse clients in the last 5 years.
- Proof of key personnel experience: CVs showing at least 3 years as Facilitator/Moderator/Assessor; CVs and qualifications aligned.
- Applicable qualifications for facilitators/moderators/assessors (certified copies).
- Detailed Project Implementation/Management Plan addressing implementation, attendance management, and reporting.
- Completion of Pricing Schedule (A–C) and Summary; price to be evaluated on 80/20 basis (price plus specific goals).
- Completion of SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; CSD verification; Tax PIN.
- Sign a Service Level Agreement with templates provided by TASEZ; MOUs with workplaces (where applicable); evidence of training facilities approved by QCTO/SETA.
- Submission of required reports (financial, performance, attendance), photos, and close-out report.
