## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement:** Appointment of an additional panel of service providers to render events management services for Nkangala District Municipality for a period of three years (as and when required) – re-advert.  
Who should bid: experienced events management firms with capabilities in staging, sound, lighting, venues, AV, and related production services; must meet tax, compliance, and registration requirements (e.g., SARS Tax Compliance Status, CSD, CIDB).

#### Requirements
- Relevant experience in similar events projects.  
- Public liability insurance valid to at least R100,000 per claim.  
- Tax compliance: provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or PIN; if no TCS, provide CSD number; foreign bidders must complete Part B3 questions.  
- Complete compulsory returnable documents (Part A–L and related forms) as listed in the returnable documents; signatures bind accuracy (see 5 List of Returnable Documents).  
- If bidding as a joint venture, provide a special joint venture resolution and authority of signatory (Forms A–F).  
- CIDB registration and/or verification as applicable.  
- Sign declarations on suitability, interest, and procurement practices (MBD forms).  
- Tender value up to about R50 million; evaluation uses 80/20 scoring with 80 for price and 20 for specific goals.  
- Provide financial references/bank details and proof of public liability where required.

- Clarification/briefing: Mandatory briefing on 22 September 2026 at Nkangala District Municipality, 2A Walter Sisulu Street, Middelburg (10:00).  
- Closing: Submit by 13 October 2026, 12:00 to Nkangala DM bid box, 2A Walter Sisulu Street, Middelburg 1050.
