#### Requirements

- Manager: CV with minimum 2 years’ experience; CA(SA) designation.
- Demonstrated relevant company experience with referees (SOE-like engagements) and written methodology.
- SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN valid for 60 days from submission.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application (and separate proof for each JV/consortium member if applicable).
- Pricing schedule completed (SBD 3.3) with year-by-year breakdown.
- Documentation for preference points (SBD 6.1) if claiming; supporting CSD/CIPC/shareholders/ID and B-BBEE as applicable.
- Compliance with confidentiality and POPIA where relevant.
