#### Requirements
- Proven experience auditing national award ceremonies; provide company profile and references.
- Evidence of accreditation/quality assurance (e.g., IIA/IRBA/SAICA/ISO 9001, etc.).
- Qualified project leader with recognized accounting/audit credentials; supply CV.
- Complete required bid documents: SBD1, SBD2 (original Tax Clearance), SBD3.3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8, SBD9; include company profile and price proposal. 
- CSD registration (and tax status verification); BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Provide pricing (with VAT and other costs) and indicate total bid price for the duration.
- Optional: evidence of prior references for similar work; ability to attend NFVF/SAFTAs meetings and events. (see attached document)
