**Procurement of an electrical contractor to supply and deliver a 1000KVA x 1 mini substation for CRUs and to supply, deliver and install 5 x 500KVA mini substations at specified Kokstad sites.** Suitable bidders are electrical contractors with CIDB 5EP (or higher) and proven experience in mini-substation projects, including delivery, installation and commissioning; must meet tax, BBBEE and local procurement requirements.

- Documentation: complete MBD forms (MBD1, MBD2, MBD3.1/3.2/3.3, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and supporting records; CIDB certificates; BBBEE status.
- Municipal compliance: proof of municipal rates for company and each director (or approved alternative) not older than 3 months.
