#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 2EP or higher; CIDB registration certificates for all parties if JV.
- Tax and compliance: SARS Tax Clearance (TCS PIN) or equivalent; CSD number if no TCS; proof of non-arrears for company and directors; VAT registration; Workman’s Compensation.
- Returnable documents: MBD forms (at least MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9), CIDB certificates, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, JV agreements if applicable, company registrations.

- Site/contract prerequisites: compulsory site inspection/briefing; attendance must be recorded; written contract on MBD7 if successful.
