- Municipal rates/taxes clearance: proof for the company and each director; no arrears beyond 90 days.
- Returnable documents: fully completed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and other bid documents as specified (e.g., CIDB certificate, BBBEE, VAT, WCA).
- Site/briefing attendance: compulsory briefing and site visit attendance as applicable.
