## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of an executive search agency to provide professional executive search services for the BANKSETA CEO position.** Suitably qualified executive search agencies with public-sector/governance experience, national search capability, independent advisory approach, and the ability to deliver end-to-end CEO recruitment processes are invited to bid. The engagement includes plan, search, assessment, reference checks, interviews, offers, and onboarding support.

#### Requirements
- 7–10 years’ executive search/recruitment experience; provide company profile and CSD/CIPC evidence.
- Demonstrable experience in DG/CEO/C-suite placements; at least 3 completed CEO/DG placements with client references.
- Experience in comparable public-sector/governance environments; reference letters from public entities.
- Lead consultant/partner with at least 7 years’ CEO/C-suite recruitment experience; submit detailed CV.
- Capacity for national executive search (methodology or networks acceptable).
- 5–7 verifiable public-sector client references in the last 5 years.
- Demonstrable capability in executive assessment, reference checks and due diligence; provide full methodology.
- Appointment duration from contract start until completion of the CEO recruitment process and close-out deliverables; timetable may be adjusted.

Note: The RFQ uses an 80/20 price-preference scoring system with BANKSETA goals (BBEE ownership, gender, youth, disability, SMEs) and requires completion of the BANKSETA preference form.
