Estimated page counts per Charter: Technical Committee (19), Social Committee (18), HR & Remuneration Committee (19), Audit & Risk Committee (19), Board Charter (14).

#### Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in proofreading/editing/quality assurance of governance documents (Board Charters, policies, etc.).  
- Provide a project proposal with approach, methodology, deliverables, and timeframes; link to clear outputs and timelines.  
- Submit: complete quote, project proposal, company profile, CVs of key personnel, contactable references, portfolio of related work.  
- Demonstrate demonstrated experience and provide evidence (references, examples of charters/policies reviewed).  
- Compliance documents: signed quotation, SBD forms, B-BBEE proof if pricing above threshold, CSP/CSD registration as required.  
- Evaluation will use an 80/20 (or 90/10) price/B-BBEE scheme; minimum 70/100 functionality to advance.
