**APPOINTMENT OF AN IMPLEMENTER(S) FOR STREET CLEANING AND GRASS CUTTING WITHIN THE MOSSEL BAY AREA for a three-year term (01 July 2027–30 June 2030).** Bidders should have experience in street cleaning, project management or waste management and hold CIDB registration (where applicable), a valid SARS Tax Clearance PIN, and be registered on the Central Supplier Database; locality benefits apply under the procurement rules.

#### Requirements
- Functional evaluation threshold: 68/85; weights: Company/JV Experience (30), References (15), Vehicle (40).
- CIDB registration (if applicable) and non-suspended status; Valid Tax Clearance PIN (SARS) for bidder or each JV member.
- Registration on Central Supplier Database; proof of locality where applicable.
- Evidence of B-BBEE status; if JV, B-BBEE in JV name; Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner for each party.
- Authorized signatory with board resolution; compliant with GCC/SCC.
- Compulsory site/information briefing attendance (all partners if JV).
