#### Requirements
- Relevant experience and capacity in commercial due diligence, project finance, biomass/forestry/renewable energy, long-term supply agreements, and public-sector/SOE transactions.
- Independence and full disclosure of any conflicts of interest.
- Deliverables: a concise Commercial Review Report with executive summary, risks, pricing/financial assessment, recommendations, and a clear go/no-go outcome; presentation to SAFCOL management if required.
- Compliance documents: fully completed RFQ, official quotation on company letterhead, latest Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or SANAS-accredited certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit, CSD report or MA AAA number, and ID copies of company directors.
- Duration and pricing: fixed fee for the six-week assignment, including VAT and any assumed/disbursed costs; scope changes require written approval.
- Confidentiality: strict handling of SAFCOL information.
