#### Overview
**APPOINTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS**. The RFQ seeks a single IT Change Management Specialist to support TCTA’s EWSS ICT/digital transformation initiatives for six months, delivering change management strategy, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption monitoring and post-implementation support across multiple ICT projects.

#### Requirements
- Minimum of three IT change management projects for corporate clients; submit three reference letters or complete Form A (Annexure A).
- IT Change Management Specialist: Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/BA or related field and 5+ years’ end-to-end change management experience for ICT/digital transformation.
- Recognised change management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Management Practitioner or APMG). 
- BBBEE status with SANAS accreditation or Sworn Affidavit for EME/QSE; CSD registration; SBDs 1, 4, and 6.1 completed; pricing schedule completed.
- Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or CSD number; Timesheets with invoices; pricing should be market-related.
- Returnables: Fully completed Pricing Schedule; SBD 1, SBD 4 & SBD 6.1; Form A or signed reference letters; valid BBBEE documentation.
