#### Requirements
- Compulsory Clarification Meeting: 27 July 2026, 11:00, Usim Boardroom, Ushaka Marine World.  
- Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini Municipality supplier database.  
- Provide Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance; VAT status as applicable.  
- Returnable documents: MBD 4, MBD 5 (if applicable), MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, Authority of Signatory, Official Tender Form, and any JV agreements if applicable (see SCT).  
- Clarity on sub-contracting, manufacturer relationships, and evidence of capacity to deliver for 36 months (refer to Section 7 of the tender docs).  
- Acceptable pricing with VAT considerations and adherence to the SCM/PPF Act evaluation rules (price and preferences).  
- OHS compliance: service provider must sign the Occupational Health and Safety agreement (37.2). See attached doc (37.2 Agreement - UMW - 36595...).

#### How to Apply
- Obtain tender documents free of charge from etenders.gov.za or the Durban e-procurement site (see attached docs, e.g., 36595-5U Tender Document.pdf).  
- Submit a hard copy to the Tender Box at 166 KE Masinga Road, Durban, and a concurrent electronic submission via the ESP Module (Supplier Self Service). The hard copy is the ruling version. Do not submit by fax, email, or post. See 36595 (5U) docs for details.  
- Clarification questions due by 13 August 2026; consolidated answers posted to the website.  
- Mandatory briefing: attend the 27 July 2026 session (see 36595-5U Tender Document.pdf).  
- Ensure registration on CSD and the eThekwini supplier database; use the ESP for electronic submission (see 36595 docs).  
- Tender validity: 120 days after opening (as indicated in the tender context).  
- If a Joint Venture, include an acceptable JV agreement and relevant B-BBEE documentation (see MBDs in the docs).  
- OHS agreement between the service provider and Ushaka Marine World must be completed (document 37.2). See doc filename noted above.
