**APPOINTMENT OF CONTRACTOR FOR AS AND WHEN SUPPLY AND DELIVER PLUMBING MATERIAL FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS.** PRASA invites bids from suppliers to supply and deliver plumbing materials on an as‑and‑when basis for 24 months, with deliveries to Germiston/New Canada depots (SGR) and to Umjantshi House, 30 Wolmarans Street, Braamfontein (handover). The RFQ is a Request for Quotation; closing 23 July 2026 at 12:00. Special Condition: HAND DELIVERY ONLY. #### Requirements
- Mandatory documentation: complete RFQ docs, submission register, pricing schedule; JV agreements if applicable. See Section 3 of the RFQ docs. (RFQ for As and When Supply and Deliver Plumbing Material.pdf)
- Compliance: tax clearance PIN or SARS e-filing certificate; CSD number; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; directors’ IDs; COIDA good standing; bank letter or credit proof; company registration.
- Experience and capability: proven supply/delivery of building/plumbing materials in last 5 years; minimum contract value R1,000,000; appointment/purchase order and reference letters showing contract value. Vehicle resources: proof of ownership/rental for multiple vehicles (minimum five preferred for higher scores). Financial capability: bank or supplier credit proof meeting thresholds.
