## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of 24-hour security guarding services at Madadeni Estate, to be supplied by experienced and registered security contractors on a month-to-month basis, not exceeding five months.** Bidders should be security service providers with PSIRA registration, capable of delivering 24/7 guards, armed supervisors, a dedicated patrol vehicle, and related security support services.

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and VAT/tax compliance; provide SARS PIN/TCS (separate for each consortium member if applicable).  
- PSIRA: company must have an operations manager registered at PSIRA Grade A; all guards registered at PSIRA Grade C; firearms competency for supervisors (Grade B and above).  
- PSIRA certificates for all guards; COIDA good standing; Section 13A confirmation from PSSPF; proof of public liability insurance (minimum R5,000,000).  
- Proof of patrol vehicle and/or fleet; documentation of equipment and uniforms; police clearance where required.  
- SBD requirements: complete and submit SBD 1 (with resolution letter), SBD 4 (disclosure of interest), and SBD 6.1 (preference points form).  
- Evidence of company registration and PSIRA registration; proper declarations of interest and compliance with the ITB processes.  
- Preference points eligibility (HDI goals) may apply under PPPFA 80/20, with specific ownership goals (e.g., ≥51% Black/Women/Youth/People with disabilities).
