#### Requirements
- PSIRA registration for the security company and for all security officers (proof required).  
- Minimum 20 PSIRA-registered guards on the roster.  
- Local office in Dawid Kruiper Municipality; proof of address/lease or municipal account (not older than 3 months, not in arrears >90 days).  
- Proof of three relevant prior services (references).  
- Bids must use official forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9) and include a signed bid.  
- Tax/compliance: Tax Clearance (TCS) status or CSD registration; proof required.  
- Prices must be VAT inclusive, valid for 120 days from closing, and include all costs (delivery, accommodation, travel).
