#### Requirements
- Compulsory documents: Copy of Company Registration Certificate; Tax Compliance PIN; Copy of current Municipal Account (or lease where applicable); Joint Venture Agreement (if any); Professional Indemnity Insurance; Annual Financial Statements (past 3 years); PSIRA registration and good standing; Directors PSIRA certificates; Directors police clearance; All forms completed.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration required; non-registration can disqualify.
- PSIRA registration at required grades (A/B) for directors; PSIRA clearance for directors; police clearance not older than 3 months.
- Evaluation criteria: 70 points for functionality before financials; 90 points for price; 10 points for specific goals (MBD 6.1).
- Other conditions: Compulsory meeting, and municipality may withdraw/re-advertise or reject bids; not obliged to accept the lowest or highest points bidder.
