**Procurement of one service provider to supply and deliver cleaning chemicals and materials in the Eastern Cape region for 24 months on an as-and-when-required basis.** Bidders should be cleaning chemicals/janitorial supply suppliers with the capacity to deliver to East London (PRASA East London Station) and meet tax, registration, and BBBEE requirements.

- Company prerequisites: valid company registration documents, copies of directors’ IDs, proof of bank account, and any JV/consortium agreements. 
- National supplier rules: CSD registration mandatory unless foreign-only entity; comply with SARS/CSD requirements. 
- Specific goals: provide evidence for BBBEE/EME status (e.g., 51% Black Owned) for scoring. 
- Quality controls: goods must meet PRASA/SABS/SANS standards; inspection prior to payment; 1-year warranty for items where applicable. 
- General: responses must be complete; no state-service employees with conflicts; adhere to 60-working-day validity from closing date.
