## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks to appoint an Organisational Design/Development professional service provider to review job profiles and provide Patterson Job Evaluation services for a 36-month period as and when required.** Bidders should have Patterson Job Grading certification and relevant qualifications (e.g., Industrial Psychology), with evidence of job profiling design and Patterson gradings, plus QCTO/SETAs accreditation. Experience in top/mid-management job grading and interaction with line managers is required; water-sector experience is advantageous. (RFQ OW-005/2026/27; see attached document for full details)

#### Requirements
- Patterson Job Grading Certificate; Job Profile Training Certificate
- COIDA certificate; Accreditation by QCTO or SETA
- Senior Analyst must hold Industrial Psychology Honours (BCom/BAdmin)
- Minimum 5 years’ Patterson-grade experience; 5+ years in the water sector preferred
- Evidence of job profile design and Patterson gradings
- Demonstrable experience with top management and senior roles; CVs and references
- Returnable Schedules: SBD1, SBD3.2 (Pricing), SBD4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD6.1 (Preference Points)
- CSD registration; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Tax compliance/pin; proof of signatory authority; other standard bid documents
