- Tax clearance (or SARS PIN) and CSD summary report.
- COIDA clearance; valid insurance (R5 million).
- Returnable documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD5 (if applicable), MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; Schedule 1A; CK1/Company registration; Authority for Signatory; Joint Venture agreement if applicable.
- Key personnel: Millwright, Fitter & Turner, Boiler Marker, Electrician with certified trade tests and CVs, each with at least five years’ relevant experience.
