#### Requirements

  - Valid SARS Tax Clearance or PIN; proof of tax compliance.
  - CSD Registration; proof of insurance with a registered provider.
  - ISO 9001:2000 (or equivalent) capability; workshop facilities.
- Key personnel (Millwright, Fitter & Turner, Boiler Marker, Electrician) with certified qualifications and recent relevant experience; SACPCMP Safety Officer recommended.
- Functionality: minimum 70/100 for quality; detailed proof of projects and CVs.
- Financials: if tenders exceed R10 million, three years audited financial statements.
