#### Requirements

- Corporate standing: CSD full report (not summary), Company Registration Certificate, proof of municipal rates/taxes for directors and company, lease/RES where applicable.
- B-BBEE: certified copy or sworn affidavit for B-BBEE.
- Financials: audited financial statements for the last 3 years (plus annual financial statements); JV partners must provide for all members.
