#### Overview
**The Department seeks to appoint professional service providers to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced service providers to render professional events management services as and when required.** Bidders should be experienced event management firms with a track record in Izimbizo, national/international conferences, and exhibitions, capable of operating province-wide; certain panel categories require EXSA/SAACI accreditation and all bidders must meet regulatory requirements (CSD, SARS tax compliance).

#### Requirements
- Proven event management experience (Izimbizo, conferences, exhibitions) and capacity to deliver across varied venues.
