## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of recruitment and selection consultants for Merafong City Local Municipality for a 12-month term.** Bidders should be able to provide end-to-end recruitment and selection services for local government, with demonstrated capability to operate within a municipal environment and meet the 12-month delivery window.

#### Requirements
- Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a CSD report.
- Attach municipal rates and taxes accounts for the company and directors on CK; if not in own name, provide a lease agreement with 3 months’ bank proof.
- Certified copies of IDs for all shareholders/owners/partners on CK forms.
- Copies of CK1 (Company Registration) documents.
- Proof of purchase of the bid document (receipt) to be submitted.
- Minimum functionality score of 70/100 to proceed to the next evaluation stage; final evaluation uses 80/20 price/points for specific goals.
- No briefing session will be held.
- Bids valid for 90 working days; late/incomplete/unsigned bids will be disqualified.
