**APPOINTMENT OF REPUTABLE PRINT MEDIA ADVERTISING AGENCY / SERVICE PROVIDER(S) FOR LOCAL AND NATIONAL NEWSPAPERS FOR MKHONDO Local Municipality FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS.** The Municipality seeks a print media advertising partner with local and national newspaper buying/planning capabilities for 36 months; bidders must be SARS tax compliant with a valid TCS/PIN or CSD registration and provide the required returnable documents and evidence of capability.

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN (or proof/CSD) and current tax standing (compulsory).
- CSD: Full Central Supplier Database registration not older than 30 days from closing.
- Corporate proof: Certified copies of company registration; certified IDs for all directors; letters of authority to sign on company letterhead.
- Municipal risk checks: Recent municipal rates statements for the entity and directors (or valid lease with proof of rates).
