## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider for the supply, delivery and offloading of hot & cold asphalt, bitumen emulsion product and consumables, on an as and when basis for 36 months.** Open-tender for asphalt and bitumen suppliers/road-maintenance contractors with delivery capacity and relevant registrations (CSD, SARS tax clearance, proof of business/director addresses, etc.).

#### Requirements
- SARS Tax Clearance Certificate (original) and, if applicable, e-Filing access.  
- Full CSD Report not older than 3 months.  
- Municipal accounts for the company and all directors not in arrears more than 90 days.  
- Proof of business address and proof of director addresses (e.g., municipal accounts, lease, or ward authority confirmation where applicable).  
- Proof of professional registration/qualification for the service offered; confirmed capacity and experience.  
- Completion and signing of MBD 2, 4, 5, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9, Form of Offer (C1.1) and related documents; pricing schedule (C2).  
- No conflicts of interest; not listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters; compliant with SCM rules.
