#### Overview
**Procurement of an external service provider to conceptualise, design, layout, edit and print the MICT SETA 2025/2026 Annual Report**, including a condensed A5 summary, a PowerPoint highlights deck, and an online interactive flipbook (from RFQ/MICT/20/2026). Bidders should have proven public‑sector publishing experience (3A/3C), strong design/editing capabilities, and project management capacity.

#### Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience producing Annual Reports for PFMA 3A/3C entities; 
- Qualified Graphic Designer with 2–3 years’ experience; 
- Professional Editor with 3–5 years’ experience; 
- Key Accounts/Project Manager with post‑matric qualification and 3–5 years’ experience; 
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multi‑stakeholder reviews; 
- Demonstrated capability for end‑to‑end production, version control, and QA.
