## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to reinstate and refurbish ablutions, unit 5 and roof repairs at Klipspruit West, Gauteng for Khula Business Premises (Pty) Ltd (KBP), a SEDFA subsidiary.** Contractors with SA-based CIDB registrations and capabilities in roofing, electrical and general building are invited to bid. Bidders must meet SEDFA’s general bid requirements (SBD forms, tax clearance, CSD, B-BBEE, CIDB, COIDA) and be registered South African entities.

#### Requirements
Mandatory criteria (Annexure B):
- Valid membership with relevant trade bodies (roofing, electrical, general building) and CIDB registrations:
  - Roof: CIDB 3SN or higher
  - Electrical: CIDB 2EB/2EP or higher
  - General Building: CIDB 2GB/2SG/2SM or higher
- COIDA letter of good standing
- Proof of Gauteng presence (address documentation)
- Minimum five signed reference letters for similar work (covering GB, EB/EP, SN)
- General BID documents: SBD 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1, 6.2; tax clearance PIN; CSD registration; CIPC docs; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
