- Licensing scope: 1300 users total, up to 15 cloud users; annual licensing for 3 years; API integration readiness; training and knowledge transfer.
- Maintenance/support: up to 250 hours per year; defined service desk response and KPIs; delivery within 7 days of PO.
- Compliance: Central Supplier Database registration; SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or certificate; proof of municipal rates for company and directors; Sage Partner Certificate/Confirmation.
- Preferential goals: ownership and KwaZulu-Natal location eligibility (ownership by Black persons, Black youth, and Natal location) with applicable points.
