## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider for the supply, implementation, and support of the Enterprise Architecture Tool for a period of 60 months.** Target bidders are ICT/EA tool providers with proven design, implementation and support capabilities, including training, knowledge transfer, and multi-year support, with RBAC, security, and integration requirements.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in design, implementation and support of an EA tool; minimum three client references ( Annexure A or client letters ).
- Complete Annexure B (EA Tool Requirement Matrix); demonstrate how your tool meets FR01–FR10 and note any gaps with customization plans.
- Key personnel: minimum 7 years as Technical Lead and 5 years as Project Manager; team must include at least one technical lead and one PM.
- Contract duration: 60 months; deliverables include tool, implementation approach, five core licenses, and 60 months support.
- Compliance: SBD 1/4/6.1 (as applicable), BBBEE affidavit or SANAS-certified certificate, OEM/partner letters, and Central Supplier Database status.
- Pricing: Annexure D pricing schedule; firm prices, VAT inclusive/exclusive as required; PPPFA-compliant evaluation (80 price, 20 BBBEE).
- Vetting: supplier vetting and tax compliance; no disqualifications per stated conditions.
- Security & interoperability: 24/7 availability with 99%+ uptime; MFA, RBAC, encryption; AD/SSO/CMDB integration; data classification and POPIA compliance.
- Deployment considerations (to be clarified post-clarifications): deployment model, hosting/data residency.
