**APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT ON THE TELECOMMUNICATION HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (DoA) OFFICES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS.** Bidders should have ICT/telecommunications integration and maintenance capabilities (PABX, VOIP, ISDN, 3CX, VOIP infrastructure) and be able to supply, install, configure, maintain across all DoA offices. Key prerequisites include CSD registration and SARS tax compliance; the contract uses the 80/20 PPPFA framework. A compulsory briefing is on 25 Aug 2026 in Pretoria; closing 10 Sep 2026.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience with DoA telecom infrastructure (RealitisDX/Siemens ISDX/Hipath, Ericson/Aastra PABX, VOIP (3CX)) and nationwide installation/maintenance.
- Ability to supply and support analogue, digital, IP/VOIP phones and related switchboard software, with on-site programming and fault-finding across all offices; maintenance warranty for 36 months.
- Compliance: complete GCC, SBD1, SBD4, SBD5, SBD6.1; pricing schedule (SBD3.1); contract form (SBD7); tax clearance or CSD PIN; SARS TCS where applicable.
- 80/20 preferences: provide evidence for specific goals (HDI, female, disability, youth, local ownership) per SBD6.1.
- NIP obligations may apply for imported content; post-award reporting and agreements if thresholds are met.
- Performance security requirement: furnish security within 30 days of award; terms per SCC.
