#### Overview
**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO UNDERTAKE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND INVESTIGATE THE INSTITUTIONAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) TO SUPPORT THE KZN CO-GTA IN THE EASTERN SEABOARD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME, FOR 24 MONTHS.** A multidisciplinary service provider with PMO, project packaging, investment-readiness, land access facilitation, stakeholder coordination and reporting capabilities should bid, for delivery to KZN CoGTA, municipalities and Traditional Authorities (ZNT2072/2026LG).

#### Requirements
- Multidisciplinary service provider with expertise in project management, PMO establishment, and investment packaging for regional development.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct diagnostic assessments of a project pipeline, identify barriers (ownership, land access, regulatory, funding), and prepare investment-ready proposals.
- Must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide tax compliance status (PIN) or CSD number; comply with VAT where applicable.
- Complete and submit required bid forms (SBDs) and pricing schedules; adhere to PPPFA regulations and department’s general/special conditions.
- Provide references and evidence of capacity to deliver over a 24-month period; joint ventures/consortiums require a JV agreement specifying percentages.
- Attend the compulsory briefing and maintain confidentiality where required.
