- Tax and compliance: Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN; MBD 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9; Declaration of Municipal Fees; Occupational Health and Safety declaration; joint venture provisions if applicable.
- Experience and credentials: at least 2 relevant government/municipal JDE Enterprise One projects (9.1+) in the last 10 years with client references; must provide client letters with specified details; must be Oracle-accredited within the last 12 months; mSCOA experience or attendance evidence.
- Returnable schedules: complete all listed forms and certificates, including Authority of Signatory, MBDs, and supporting documentation; include 2 reference letters, company certification, and mSCOA confirmation (see SCT/Section 4).
