## Summary

#### Overview
**The procurement is for appointing a service provider to render general building maintenance for 36 months in Area 4.** Bidders should be competent in general building maintenance and hold CIDB status of 3GB or higher (emerging bidders may be PE-based or higher). Relevant certifications, experienced site personnel, and ability to price a full BOQ are required.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 3GB or higher (emerging: PE or higher).  
- Competent key personnel: 1 bricklayer, 3 Plumbers, 3 Carpenters, 1 Painter, all with trade tests; copies of certificates to be submitted.  
- Experience: at least 2 contactable references for similar maintenance projects, each > R130,000.  
- Administrative: signatories aligned to PA-15.1/15.2/15.3 resolutions; proof of CIDB registration or application; proof of CSD registration; DPW-09 project details; DPW-21 addenda, DPW-07 Form of Offer, DPW-16 certificate; PA-11 disclosure; PA-16 Preference Points; PA-40 Designated Groups.  
- Risk/finance: respond to technical and commercial risk criteria; full BOQ pricing; disclose markup on provisional sums; COIDA good standing.  
- Other: compulsory bid clarification/briefing (where applicable); adherence to SCB-01 and FM general conditions.
