## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to supply, deliver, install and commission the 41IR cybersecurity lab, coding and robotics for Goldfields TVET College.** Bid is open to experienced IT/cybersecurity lab, coding and robotics system integrators with capabilities in hardware, software, networking, AV, VR and classroom deployment (documentation, licensing and ongoing support). Preference is given to bidders with local presence in the Free State and relevant accreditations (e.g., POPIA, ISO/IEC 27001).

#### Requirements
- Pre-qualification/Mandatory Information Requirements (check Yes/No): RFP document initialled; fully signed technical specifications and pricing; bank account proof; company registration documents; valid SARS Tax Compliance Status; valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit; board resolution (or sole proprietor); certified IDs for directors/shareholders; Declaration of Interest; Bank Rating Letter; National Treasury CSD report; relevant accreditations (e.g., SITA); COIDA good standing; completed SBD forms 1, 4, 6.1; OEM certificate or reseller proof.
- Stage 1 Functionality criteria (eligibility for next stage): Experience with similar cybersecurity/cloud projects; project team/qualifications; POPIA compliance; ISO/IEC 27001 certification; detailed project approach/methodology; relevant vendor certifications; proof of locality in Free State.
