## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of service provider to support audio visual systems in the Main Boardroom and CE Committee Room, including maintenance, upgrades/expansion, and technical support (three-year SLA).** Target bidders are AV maintenance/installation specialists with Polycom and related AV system experience, able to provide preventative maintenance, callouts, and on-site/off-site support.

#### Requirements
- Minimum five AV maintenance reference letters (not older than 5 years), on client letterhead, with contact details; SANParks may conduct due diligence.
- Proof of Polycom technology installation and maintenance accreditation (photo or letter acceptable).
- Two CVs of technicians with qualifications in AV systems and Polycom certification/training.
- Completed SBD forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 (with B-BBEE verification or sworn affidavit); SBD7.2 contract form.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Clearance, plus proof of CSD registration (each JV/consortium party to provide if applicable).
- Central Supplier Database registration proof; compliance with POPIA and OHS Act.
