#### Overview
**APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER/S TO PROVIDE TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO THE NATIONAL DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.** Bids are invited from Travel Management Companies to deliver end-to-end travel management (air, accommodation, car hire, transfers, conferencing, etc.) domestically and internationally, with after-hours support, reporting, and cost-containment requirements over a 3-year term. Eligible bidders should have a South Africa-based office, valid IATA licence, RSA company registration, and comply with tax and supplier databases. The assessment includes specific goals for HDI, gender, and SMMEs, plus a detailed pricing schedule (Annexure A3).

#### Requirements
- Pre-qualification and compliance: RSA-registered company, certified CIPC registration, valid IATA licence or approved alternative, proof of RSA office, SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number, and adherence to prescripts (SBD forms, GCC access).
- Experience and references: proven domestic and international air travel, accommodation, conferencing, shuttle/transfer services; client references; demonstrated project experience; minimum scoring on functionality.
- Service capabilities: 24/7/after-hours support, MIS/management reporting, SLA governance, cost containment aligned to National Treasury policies, and end-to-end travel lifecycle management.
