## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks to appoint an ICT service provider to develop and implement an Event Handler for SigniFlow to enable integration with the CMS’s SigniFlow and SharePoint systems.** Bidders should have SigniFlow/SharePoint integration and document workflow automation experience, with strong governance/compliance capabilities and proven delivery in similar projects.

#### Requirements
- Two reference letters for similar projects (not older than Oct 2021).
- A signed Project Plan detailing implementation methodology, delivery timelines, and cost breakdown.
- Complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1; attach supporting documentation (SARS PIN, CSD number, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, etc.).
- Tax/compliance: must be SARS-compliant; provide TCS PIN or certificate; if part of a consortium, each party submits separate TCS/CSD.
- Proposals must be delivered by email (no cloud-upload submissions) and adhere to CMS evaluation rules (80/20 with specific goals).
