#### Requirements
- At least 10 years’ proven executive coaching experience.
- A pool of accredited coaches (ICF, COMENSA, EMCC, AC or equivalent).
- Experience in leadership development within financial services, corporate, or public-sector environments.
- Ability to deliver nationally/regionally and maintain confidentiality (POPIA).
- Demonstrated experience in diversity, equity and inclusion coaching.
- Submit CVs and accreditations for proposed coaches; provide client references; complete pricing schedules and SBD forms; comply with SARS tax requirements and CSD/BBBEE.
- Evidence required for minimum thresholds and mandatory documents (pricing schedule, provider accreditation, compulsory briefing attendance).
