#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to render promotional items for the Department of Water and Sanitation, Northern Cape.** Bidder should be a promotional-material supplier with capability to print/brand on items such as ordinary bar soaps, sun hats, gazebos, pull-up banners, key holders, shopper bags, rulers, pens and pencil cases, for delivery to Kimberley and related branding requirements (department logo, hand-washing theme).

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance and SARS verification (PIN for Tax Compliance Status; per Bid documents). 
- CSD or Tax Compliance Status evidence; where applicable, separate TCS for consortia/JVs. 
- BBBEE status: certificate or sworn affidavit; location-based and contributor status (EME/QSE) for specific goals. 
- Compliance with official bidding forms (SBD 3.1 pricing, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and signing of contract form (SBD7) if awarded. 
- Prices must be firm and inclusive of taxes; 60-day bid validity. 
- Delivery period to be specified; adherence to GCC and SCC terms; ability to supply branded goods (logo placement) across multiple items.
