#### Overview
**Appointment of the service provider to render provision of the laboratory services to conduct water quality analysis for surface, groundwater and wastewater samples for the Department Water and Sanitation Northern Cape for a six-month period.** Bidders should be ISO/SANS 17025:2017 accredited laboratories (or show evidence of successful PT participation if accreditation is not available), have a Northern Cape footprint (Kimberley, Upington, Springbok), and be able to upload results to the DWS Water Management System (WMS). The contract requires timely reporting and PFMA/Supply Chain compliance.

#### Requirements
- ISO/SANS 17025:2017 accreditation (or PT participation, if not available)
- Regional footprint in Northern Cape (Kimberley, Upington, Springbok)
- Ability to upload results to DWS WMS and to capture methods on WMS if required
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN and tax clearance; CSD registration if no TCS; PFMA/Supply Chain compliance
- Laboratory supervision and QA: qualified staff, documented methods, and 14-working-day turnaround for most analyses
